Jane Oxenbury, M.Ed.(Counseling Specialization), Registered Psychologist, has been a psychologist since 1992. She has a private practice in Calgary, where she works with individuals, couples and families, specializing in the areas of relationship issues, trauma and abuse, work-related problems, anger management, assertiveness training, communication, depression, anxiety, sexual orientation, gender identity and hypnosis. She has also given numerous workshops regarding her areas of specialization. IIn addition, she works with and trains professionals. She is a member of the Psychologists Association of Alberta, the College of Alberta Psychologists, the Canadian Psychologists Association, the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, and the Canadian Society of Clinical Hypnosis – Alberta Division. She has also co-authored a chapter in “Culturally-Infused Counselling: Celebrating the Canadian Mosaic, 2005”.
Jane is a mother of three and grandmother of four who enjoys gardening, photography and travel.
